News from the Achievers!

The Achievers came together on January 18, 2015 in the basement of Sacred Heart Church. Members tried to guess as part of roll call how many days were left in the school year. Most people thought between 50-100 days. The high school students favorite answer was, “Too many!” Seventeen members were present. The vice-president, Gabriella Sudbeck was not in attendance so junior vice-president Chloey Strathman acted in her place. The treasurer was also not present. Minutes were read and no other officer reports were available. Gabriella Sudbeck’s family brought the new program books to the meeting. Leader, Pamela Deters reminded everyone of important dates coming up. Members signed up for room monitoring at the County 4-H Days. Trevor Holthaus gave a speech on Spacetech and Megan Deters gave a speech on geology. The program for next month was announced.
